When night is long
I wait for dawn
To see the morning rise

As it breaks through
And makes all things new
The old-surely dies

I will then begin
To live within
The very life of Christ

Oh, how glorious

To have the Son rise

As I run this race
I will - embrace
To hold the perfect prize

For nothing compares
Nothing this world has
Completely satisfies
